New badges missing in Twitter integration

I am using the Twitter integration to tweet stats about the WCG results from the BOINC running at our institution. The integration itself works, as monthly stats are posted, however, new badges do not appear, even though the option is selected.

Anybody else experiencing this?

No, as I think that there bigger issues in need to be fixed at this point still...

Re: New badges missing in Twitter integration

Just wanted to document the bug, as it appears to have existed before the move to Krembil.

And yes, it is a minor bug. Except that for institutions and companies, convincing management to run servers to full load with donated cycles can be contingent on getting a little bit of publicity out of it. Badges can be a good way to document contributions to the public good.

In that context, even minor glitches should not be dismissed off-hand.
