I'm having a similar problem, but what happens to me is that it says it is "Running", progress stays at 0.000% and the elapsed time resets every minute or so.
Only happens with MCM tasks. I have OP tasks with no problem at all. I'm using an iMac M1 with Ventura 13.0.1. |

OK, final comment. I downloaded my results from 2020 to now for MCM. Then I averaged the data since 2020 in 10 day intervals on the theory that my average points awarded should go down if the MCM resetting was a factor and/or the CPU time should go up.
It's conclusive, but both averages over the last couple of months are well within the range of 2020. I didn't run a standard deviation, just eyeballed. Flaws in the methodology: - I just downloaded mcm data, so it doesn't adequately account for other projects I might have been processing, although I got roughly the same results when I looked at all projects. - I cannot guarantee thatMCM tasks were _not_ resetting in 2020, as I may not have noticed. - eyeballing isn't the most accurate ;) All that said, I'm reassured that I'm not wasting an inordinate number of cycles because of the resetting, and I'm getting credit for all the work units that are resetting (see earlier posts about checking my credited results after resetting WUs disappeared). So I'm going to stop obsessing over it and just let things run. |

Same problem here. MCM tasks reset to zero when reaching 1,6% progress. I waited until expiring time as suggested in another post, but no results were recorded in my dashboard.
I unchecked the project and run OP smoothly. MacBookPro M1 Pro, OSX Ventura 13.0.1 |

Yup... the MCM tasks reset on Mac, so I run MCM on my windows machines, and other projects on my mac. :-(
----------------------------------------I hope they get it fixed someday, since MCM (sarcoma) is my primary focus. :-) ...Oh... and back when I was running MCM on my macbook, and the tasks were resetting to zero, they never finished... they kept running in circles way beyond their deadline.
