Same here. The prelude to normal running?

I'd say we're very close. I've had no work unit errors other than a few odd MCM units, and MCM has always been like that. I haven't seen errors in anything else, even OPNG/Nvidia (my only GPU). At least from my perspective, server capacity is the only major obstacle remaining.
As I look through BOINCstats, it's clear that plenty of crunchers have been waiting patiently for work units rather than just bolting. That's a good sign as well. |

Almost every bit of kit I've used since 2006 have been crunching numbers in its idle time for what is now WCG, and if there is nothing to do, for whatever reason, there is nothing to do. In 10 years we won't even remember this blip of a downtime. It's not like anyone owe me, and with the insane energy costs here in Europe as of late I've permanently shut down 75% of my crunching rig anyway. But good to see we get to do some useful numbers crunching again! |

But good to see we get to do some useful numbers crunching again! Given the cost of energy I don't know if I will ever fire up all of the farm again. It may depend on how much I believe in the project(s). I will crunch a little TN-Grid and Denis until WCG gets back to full steam whenever that may be. Cheers

I just want to take a moment to express my thanks to the Krebil team for sticking it out and continuing to support WCG despite all the unexpected problems. While there are still ongoing issues (networking, available work, credit, etc. ) it's great to see my machines now getting WUs on a semi-regular basis.
----------------------------------------Thanks for being dedicated and tenacious in the face of so many unexpected issues. |

There have been plenty of OPNG tasks yesterday and today, which is great :-)
However, no download without permanent manual intervention :-( |

I'm only getting OPNG WU's. Not complaining - but I've lots of cores sitting idle and only one GPU :-(

If you have idle cores try running Rosetta. The University of Washington program is excellent and has developed a COVID vaccine that is approved for use.
