So excuse my ignorance. My android phone is getting work but not my new laptop? And I know patience has been the key but when I check 'my devices' on this web site - I don't even see my new windows 11 laptop? tks for any help....

My dear friend, I am participate absolutely for free and if something goes wrong, I don't bother to deeply investigate the problem, I just delete this project. I have not so much spare time. And if someone acts unfriendly like you, it is the additional factor for me to just delete project and not to read tons of text. Not all the world is eager to participate in WCG, ya see.
