I can't seem to update my device profile on the web site. Specifically, I am trying to specify the hours that the agent runs. When I press the 'save' button on the profiles page, I get a positive response ('your profile has been successfully updated'), however, when I view the profile again, it hasn't been changed (remains set for running 24/7). I have tried this using both IE and Mozilla. Any suggestions?

APALK,
I assume you are changing settings for the Windows Agent (UD). On this page you have to change two things in order to have the agent run according to your customized schedule: 1) You need to pick which days the agent should run under your custom schedule. 2) You need to pick the hours that you want the agent to run. If you only do 2 and not 1 then you have still told the agent that you want it to run 24x7. Thus there is no change. Try setting both and then report back on whether it worked or failed. thanks, Kevin |

That was the problem; I neglected to notice I had to customize the days, not just the times.
