I've installed the bionic client on my Windows 10 laptop. (I have it installed on various other laptops and desktops also.) It seems to start up fine, but it never downloads any tasks and the status always says "Communication Deferred hh:mm:ss" (where hh:mm:ss is an actual time). I have no restrictions on day or time set in my "computing preferences". It's been running for nearly 24 hrs like this now.

As a side note, I notice the "running under account" name is different from my other computers where bionic is running successfully (and has been for a long time).
