:) I would even donate my time to help compiling on Apple silicon, if that's the issue.

cool Yep, same here. The WCG process has no UI but it's likely communications back to its server need updates. Could help with C or Objective-C source but couldn't say if other languages ( C++ or Objective-C++ ) are involved. Does WCG open source their code?
