Hello,
----------------------------------------I've updated my Boinc client, and it seems that I don't receive GPU tasks anymore, I've searched a long time. Use my AMD/ATI graphics card if possible => Yes My Graphic card is well recognized at BOINC startup (CUDA & Open CL), Win 10 & driver up to date but BOINC still doesn't requests tasks for CPU -AND NVIDIA GPU- | Requesting new tasks for CPU | Scheduler request completed: got 0 new tasks | No tasks sent | No tasks are available for OpenPandemics - COVID 19 | No tasks are available for OpenPandemics - COVID-19 - GPU | No tasks are available for Help Stop TB | No tasks are available for Mapping Cancer Markers I've not changed anything on my setup else than the WCG client, and I see in other threads that there's still OPNG work units distributed, Is it normal? There are plenty of times where there may not be GPU work available. They are quite scarce. I don't know how many are currently being distributed but a short while ago it was 1700 work units every 30 minutes which is a very small number.
----------------------------------------As you can see from the log, at the time of your client's request, there was no GPU work available. Is your card AMD or Nvidia? You wrote "Use my AMD/ATI graphics card if possible => Yes" but then you mention an Nvidia card. ----------------------------------------I use a NVidia card (I've unselected ATI/Intel graphic tasks) The main point of my concern is the fact that Boinc doesn't specify that it searchs for NV tasks, only CPU : "Requesting new tasks for CPU", If I remember well doesn't boinc sometime shows "Requesting new tasks for CPU and NVidia GPU" ? |

When you updated the client, did you install it as a service? Service-mode clients cannot run GPU tasks regardless of the settings set on the website.

I could be wrong but a service install wouldn't detect the GPU so his Nvidia card wouldn't be in the log.

No others GPU taks, only Covid ones
----------------------------------------I'll finish my current tasks then uninstall & delete all BOINC folders. I'll let you know if it solved my issue. |

Well, I haven't been able to get any GPU tasks for 24 hours. After the pause of the GPU project, I've had 200-300 GPU tasks every day, but the last 24 hours, nothing at all.
My computer is asking as usual for tasks for NVIDIA GPU and Intel GPU, but the result is always the same, nada, nothing. |

I don't really think there's an issue with your install. Does it says only "Requesting new tasks for CPU" or something with NVIDIA GPU?
