Hi,
----------------------------------------is there any update on intel gpu driver problem, where client wont download any GPU work unless using very old drivers? This bugs me a lot, since it seems that windows automatically keeps updating the driver, which not only causes ongoing work error out, but prevents downloading any new work. |

You could use this MS tool to stop Windows Update from updating that specific driver:

Hi,
----------------------------------------ones that are dated one year or more ago. But for now it seems that the most recent driver (27.20.100.9749) will work also (atleast on T14s). So I guess problem fixed then :-) |

Last night my intel drivers were updated again.
----------------------------------------The direct result of driver update is that all the gpu work stalls (percentages are not going higher, timer is still running). Restarting the client will solve that. However, there are no single intel GPU WU downloaded since the driver update. I'll keep monitoring this. Just run windows update and rebooted laptops if that helps. |

It has now been way over 36 hours without intel GPU WUs on laptops. I will now roll back the driver to see, if it has (I seriously think it has) any effects.

Rolling back to the earlier driver fixed the problem again. GPU WUs started downloading almost immediatly.
