Does this have anything to do with BOINC?

Out of working can mean many things. How far does it go until it stops working.
----------------------------------------As an example not working, for me, means it does not boot or Windows does not come up. So because you posted here I'm presuming Windows started and you are not getting any WCG work units. Then what is Boinc doing if anything?
