I just read the docs on points and in "How are points calculated?" this one caught my eye.
"This process eliminates the ability for malicious users to tamper with results and artificially claim higher points for their work." Really?? People did this or actually do this? Really?  Why? More fries at McDonalds. Free coffee at Tim Hortons. I imagine it's bragging rights or an extra badge. Yes I read my stats but just in passing to see how I am doing. |

Really?? People did this or actually do this? Really? Yes, there are people who will try to do this, for what ever reason you like.Why? More fries at McDonalds. Free coffee at Tim Hortons. I imagine it's bragging rights or an extra badge. At one time, a gridcoin sort of thing was going on (not sure if it still going on or even exists). Some people just are like that. |
