Re: Mapping Cancer Markers Beta Test July 8, 2020 [Issues thread]

FYI
Beside the 4 standard device profiles - Default, school, work, home - I've created a dedicated profile - rpi - for my Rasperry Pi's.
I've noticed that even this additional profile is proposed for Beta testing enrolment, the setting is not properly stored, causing that the devices attached to this particular profile are not able to participate to Beta test.
Since I run various devices with different performance and operating systems, I need more than 4 device profiles beside the additional configuration tuning based on app_config.xml.
It would be fine if this small failure could be corrected, supporting beta testing for all existing device profiles.
Cheers,
Yves

Correction! The latest beta was beta28. You can find the project code here: C:\ProgramData\BOINC\projects\www.worldcommunitygrid.org

If you correct, do it right and not wrong for the second time, see my previous post. The beta with the highest sequence number is beta28 and that was for OPN1. The MCM1 related betas are ALL beta17 unless you can proof to the contrary.

beta17 = MCM1 (task sample BETA_MCM1_9890287_2731_0 for July)
beta27 = ARP1 (task sample BETA_ARP1_0000441_001_4)
beta28 = OPN1 (task sample BETA_OPN1_0000336_04400_1)

Sorry, I got my dates mixed up. Where I looked it up it doesn't say which project and you can only go by the date. That does confirm it to be beta17.
