Hi. Because of a software error on my end, some of my points, results and run time did not go to my team or the challenges that it is participating in. Can you please get this point allocation fixed, a bit urgently? ^ - ^

1) Welcome to the forums
2) Please delete your 2 other duplicate posts of same. 3) Afraid that won't happen. Credit is given to the team to which you are registered at 23:59:59 UTC, so if you change it middle of the day, the whole day will go to that team. The software error would have been at the WCG side since you change that at the website. No problems were reported. Software errors on your computer do not affect the points/credit/runtime distribution. |

This issue did not affect a single day, because none of my points were allocated to any team for the past several days :(

Verify in your My Contributions > My Team that your team is showing there. If not reapply.
Points etc are of course only allocated for validated work. Maybe there was some delay there. According this link https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/stat/viewCompareMembers.do?userNames[0].value=VeganCommunist&userNames[1] you have results reported through some 6 hours ago, so that part looks fine. |

As mentioned by Lavaflow, it is highly probable that nothing can be done.
----------------------------------------You shall select your team membership in your profile. Moving credits would cause a lot of trouble since it would impact the complete reporting and statistics not only yours. Yves |
