Mapping Cancer Markers - Project Update, January 2020

Hello everyone,

Here's an update from the MCM research team. While the update talks mainly about the analysis of the lung cancer data, we're also getting sarcoma work units ready for release and running a beta test on Android work units for this project. As the researchers mention in the update, MCM will keep everyone busy for a long time to come.

Thanks to everyone who is supporting this project!

Thanks for the update, Erika.

Is there any information on how long the dataset for ovarian cancer still needs to run? In other words, does "nearing completion" mean weeks, months, a year or maybe longer?

From Figure 3 the GSMDB biomarker really stands out. Yet it is never mentioned nor does its pathway appear.
