If you only signed up for FAHB than add Smash Childhood Cancer and set that to allow 1 work unit at the bottom of the Device Profile 'Custom'. This will result in your client connecting at least every few hours to report a result and fetch work. I'm signed up with Mapping Cancer Markers, SCC and FAHB. I get mainly MCM, the odd SCC and basically no FAHB. I set up a custom device profile as suggested - capping MCM to 10. I'll have to give it a few hrs and see if that works. Thanks for the help! The trick is to allow the sum of all other work to not fill up your buffer, always leaving room for the rarer work. I'm always leaving space for 4 more FAHB and sure enough, most of the time have 4. The deadline will cause them to jump the queue automatically, so work is being kept being called more often. With 5 SCC running concurrently on the side that is about every 15 minutes.
