unable to upload (report?)
Within the last hour, I started to see several hosts of mine that are stuck with uploading WUs (possibly reporting too) and in the BOINC client showing "Problems accessing the Internet...." (which is nonsense, the machines can access the Internet just fine)... sad

Any chance that this is a result of the login switch over (though that happened 4 hours earlier, and I am pretty sure those hosts have upload/reported WUs after that)? sad

We didn't update any of the infrastructure that the client talks to so I would be very surprised if it was related.

The statement of the client "Problems accessing the Internet" means that it also failed the check to connect to a well known and stable website (depending on your client it is https://google.com or https://ibm.com). It does this to verify that the issue is with all connections and not just specific to a project.

I would turn on some of the log options via Options -> Event log options
Specifically I would enable:
http_xfer_debug
file_xfer_debug
http_debug
proxy_debug ( if you are using a proxy)

And then force some uploads and scheduler requests and then post the log messages.

You should be able to upload now. We still have one server down due to a bad controller which is being replaced, but we have sufficient redundancy that we can bring the system back online while that work is done.

It's a pity the 'planned' maintenance started only on or after 19:00 UTC. My client backed off to the point that it did not manage to report dozens of results until 2:08 UTC the next day.

Hi, I've got 1 task stuck on uploading for 5 days now.
Abort/suspend/resume do nothing for it.
All other tasks are OK.
What can I do and how to do it ?
