Reduce your queue to zero in the days before you leave.
On the last day before leaving increase the queue to 10 days so all your work units have a 10 day deadline. After 10 days the work units will go to a 'no reply' status and replacements will be issued. When you return connect to WCG as soon as possible. If your work units are validated before the replacements you will get the credit. If your work units are returned within 24 hours of the validation of the replacement you should still be credited for your work done. |

Hi Guys,
----------------------------------------That is what I already do. In fact, usually I used ClimatePrediction works units when I left, but for few weeks there is no new jobs.... and for a while ... So I tried to found which project between LHC and WCG have the longest expiry. I hoped at least one WCG had a higher limit than 10 days. Many thanks for your advice. Best Regards, ![]() |

Why not just let the queue dry a day or two before holidays?
