Happened to get one WU after a long time without. Noticed the new one is much smaller than previous ones (this one looks to be a 4 hour WU on my laptop versus 17+ hours on previous WUs). I wonder if a new smaller series is coming through. I'll have to get a few more to see if this one WU is an exception or something to expect going forward.

I did not see anything the past few days that was limiting the amount of work, other than the limit for how many we were loading at a time. I am testing adding more work units into the buffer over the weekend. er

Thanks for the info, though I don't get my hopes up that I will get indeed any HST WUs...

EDIT: Whooohooo! I just checked, and I got in fact 3 (three) WUs so far. cool

I got a WU on Saturday for the first time in what feels like months. It is completed and waiting to be validated.

Then I got an error on a second one yesterday. The WU didn't download:

There we go again "waiting to be sent", the last time a signal that ended up in a total dry up of results being crunched. That very descriptor should send an alert to the techs to look harder than to just gloss over because all slots are filled. It's about how much actually flows.

The break in work at the start of this month went about 3 weeks before any corrective action was taken. Is there some way that we as users can raise the issue so that it is looked at before it gets to this extreme?

I'm getting a normal flow of HST WUs starting this morning. I don't think I've had one for over a week or so. Strange how Statistics History looked like they'd really picked up the pace starting August 22nd.
