yes... so my point is that they may address this issue in the august 2020 update.

I did not see anything the past few days that was limiting the amount of work, other than the limit for how many we were loading at a time. I am testing adding more work units into the buffer over the weekend.

got some when I upped the buffer to 4 - and got 2, for the first time in months. Hopefully that means that the WU cap increase I made, ensures I keep getting HSTB WUs.
