When I downloaded and installed the app, it looked like it wasn't possible to run it except when the phone was using wifi. I never use wifi, and I have plenty of bandwidth with Verizon, so isn't there some way to get this app to work without wifi?
Follow-up question: I have two projects showing in the app, one with a deadline two months ago, the other with a deadline two weeks ago. The older one says "uploading", which it clearly isn't, and the other says "ready to report", which also is not apparently happening. How can I get this thing working? |

If you look in the Preferences, there is a check box for "Transfer tasks on WiFi only". If you do not want to use WiFi, then uncheck that and it should try to use your mobile data when available.
----------------------------------------If that is unchecked, then you may want to copy and paste the event log information showing the attempts for the work to upload or report. I'm guessing you grabbed work while on WiFi at some point and just haven't been able to report it since moving off of it. But that is just a guess without more information.
