Hi All,
QQ: I am running the BOINC agent connected to www.grcpool.com and have added the WCG project in my grcpool.com account. In the agent I can see WCG tasks running fine. My question is, does it matter that I added the project from grcpool rather than manually adding it and (I'm assuming) using my credentials from this site? Also - hello, and I look forward to reading up on the forum. I am an IBM employee and have been playing around in the crypto waters since 2013. Just recently came across GRC and found WCG. Thanks! Based on watching their video, I think you are going to be OK. the grcpool agent is only acting as a BOINC manager. So any work units you crunch should show up in your WCG statistics in addition to showing up as some type of gridcoin credit in your grcpool account. I do not participate in Gridcoin so I am speculating a bit here. Check your WCG account after a day or two and see what shows up there.

You can do it your way or you can get into Gridcoin team & your credentials to grcpool. That also works just fine. ;)
