I worked in that office for 4 months and I just asked to install BOINC in their PC. The boss's brother has a bit of familiarity with PCs, probably he has overclocked his PC.
----------------------------------------However, the tasks in the Ryzen PC take 2:30 - 3:30 hours to complete. Some tasks took 5 hours probably because I've changed my CPU (from an A10-7800 to a Ryzen 7 1700), so that tasks have been completed by the Ryzen after some hours of calculation with the old CPU.

Ah, this would explain it.
----------------------------------------Maybe it takes a while for boinc to figure out the average time per giga flop or however it is calculated? Still not clear.

Ok, the problem was that I used my smartphone with USB Tethering to connect to internet because my WiFi module doesn't work. For some reasons, the tethering slow down the PC, but without it every task take 3h to complete.
