Looks like we are seeing initial errors so we have stopped sending work while we investigate.
Thanks, armstrdj |

Data in previous thread said new research project You are correct. I thought I had read new research *application*. AMD Ryzen 5 1600AF 6C/12T 3.2 GHz - 85W AMD Ryzen 5 2500U 4C/8T 2.0 GHz - 28W AMD Ryzen 7 7730U 8C/16T 3.0 GHz |

We have resumed sending work. Workunits from batch 20 had issues and no more tasks from that batch should be sent out. Batch 21 is now being sent out and there are 740 workunits in that batch.

Got four of them.....all from batch 20 All four errored right out. Good news is now have one from batch 21. So far, it's a tad less than half done and has run for three plus hours on a Xeon Sandybridge chip machine running Ubuntu so the new project may not have the micro-WUs of some recent projects. As an aside, these betas don't show in Results Status when you filter on Beta Testing for the project.

I got 2 on one machine, then tried to do a search under Results Status but it says I have no Betas. Looks like they aren missing the Beta project tag.

Got 4 from batch 26 on my 3.6GHz Q9650 / 64-bit Linux, all now running.
----------------------------------------Est completion time 66min, but estimates on the machine are still optimistic by a factor of about 2 following yet another transition from non-rigid to rigid FAHV WUs. So estimates should be about 2h15m. Current progress on most advanced: WU1: 5% after 20m, indicates total = 400m = 9h40m WU2: 2.22% after 20m, indicates total = 900m = 15h Either stimated run times are too short, or intial indications underestimate progress, or the size of some of these WUs is causing the machine to swap Resident memory seems to vary with time and WU, apparent range 50 - 220MB. `ps -elf`reveals that program binary name contains string "rosetta", so maybe we're about to start a protein origami project. Happy crunching! [Update:] These ran to 12 - 13h, about the same as FAHB on this machine. Proportion of (CPU time:Elapsed time) on this machine was down to about 95%, vs about 99% for FAHV, which performs best on it.
