Seems like the solution has been to only distribute Rigids and have the work generator pick up the runtime average from the Rigid returns instead of the shorts, at least, pure speculation of course without feedback. The observation has been to only see the long FAHV coming in over the past 60 hours or so. Will be fun if the flow of shorts resumes... they'll be having a way over estimated TTC, for a while. (of course anything better than seeing jobs balk at exceeded runtime allowance.
