Hi,
Every time I try to change my password it says: Error The application is unavailable at this time, please try again later. Your action has resulted in an error. Any idea on how to get this fixed? (tried changing over a period of a few weeks). Also, is there a facility to close an account? Cheers, Mike |

Make sure the url in the browser is
https://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/login/viewChangePassword.do not https://secure.worldcommunitygrid.org/ms/login/viewChangePassword.do (recent change). Maybe a redirect to the new address is not allowed, but testing here shows no issue to apply a PW change. |

Thanks for the suggestion but same result - error :-(
I've even tried the "forgot my password" system but that also errors when trying to change the password |

Suggest to clean the browser cache... expired memory of old addresses might cause this [and old cookies].
