You don't mention what timezone/country you're in, but I'm guessing it isn't the UK/GMT - as, according to the time you posted, it was 02:51 - and at that time (UTC/GMT), the main Status update has normally completed.

There are 2 stats runs each day - 12:00 and 0:00 UTC, with the former not affecting the ability to gain access to various pages (such as your account info), but the latter does - as it's a more comprehensive recalculation, taking into consideration the fact that it refreshes the Team Statistics at the same time). So, for the midnight update, there will be a period of ~90 mins when you might not be able to update various things/check out your projects/contribution etc., but once that periods over, you should then have no issues.
