Your line tells me it also happened on windows. It was my guess that it was across the board, but your log helped prove that. I'm going to remove these tasks from the database and start beta over.

2 ways to find device identity I know are:
On Device Manager page select device then deviceId appears as part of the URL in address bar.
On Result Status page select device in drop down and click on filter then filterDevice appears as part of the URL in address bar.
