What kind of answer I will accept personally.
The question arise because one of funder appears CEO.
This is a formal reason. And it is irrelevant even though no reason, no question would have been made eventually.
Then now, it is obvious that zika is not rare, nor neglected disease.

Someone says that because zika project has not fundamental goal, there is business interest in it, as usual. The business acts twofold. It gives rest of the funding and raises trust in the end results of the project mostly for the bureaucratic commission. If it was fundamental project it would be needing mostly paper and ink...
So it would be useful if answer include, how to prepare such project, how to apply and enter inside WCG. What CEO one need to be, and what friends one must have...so all step on equal foot in principle.

Here, it comes to my mind one saying: "When is too well, it is not end very well."
That best describes my nationality.

For now opinions condense on that of veterans.
"Shut up and crunch or go mining".

But I am in waiting for official statement.
