My GRC wallet died (gridcoin-4.0.5-win64-setup.exe). Anyone know what this means and can it be fixed???

You have to resync the blockchain. This generally means that the wallet was force-quit at some point. I'd recommend joining our Discord to get help as we generally can't keep an eye on all the project forums at the same time =). I've provided an invite link below.
