Looks like I will stop crunching for WCG until further notice. I might keep a minimum activity here... That's going to be a damn lot of work to switch all machines to a new project :'( this includes all android devices. :'(
----------------------------------------SO SAD. Been crunching WCG since times dating back to United Devices!! This said, I mean, I will find other projects that might not need to comply with the new EU rules. Perhaps, we need to whitelist more projects from Asia or South America instead? It's worth thinking of. The universities in these countries might be thankful if we bring computing power to them. [Edit 1 times, last edit by SHOPXXL-COM at Jul 1, 2018 12:03:30 AM] |

Just that some people have different approach to same rules... |

...I will find other projects... I've been running Large Hadron Collider, Rosetta, Cosmology and YoYo/Evolution. Best I can tell they're being credited by my GRC wallet.I wish I could find a DC project that looks for asteroids on a collision course with Earth. There's a GPU asteroid project that calculates the period of asteroids but I don't see anything that says they're looking at trajectories. ![]() ...KRI please cancel all shadow-banning[Edit 1 times, last edit by Aurum420 at Jul 3, 2018 8:20:44 PM] |

There's Asteroid@home for GPUs, but they just keep a track of current asteroids, as most of them can't be found easily...check this NEO site, so you'll know who finds the most outer system bodies: https://cneos.jpl.nasa.gov/ ![]() |
