As known, one can set the values for "store at least xxx days of work" and "Store up to an additional xxx days of work" for the various projects in one's own account on the project web sites.
However, all this is overruled by what is set in the BOINC manager, right? So, my problem is that I' like to have different values for the 3 projects I am working on, i.e. ATLAS, GPUGRID and WCG. Any way to accomplish this? |

Forget it. The setting is 'global' for the client... Which ever project has the momentary highest scheduling priority [regardless the project weight/resource share], will backfill the buffer when it is a project's turn.

Forget it. The setting is 'global' for the client... The setting is 'global' for 1 client ..... Look at the difference Search the internet for: boinc.exe --allow_multiple_clients ... and invest some time, with the risk you'll fail. |

Also know that, as soon as you update your computing preferences at one project, BOINC will use that as preferences for all since it uses the most recent set of computing preferences--unless they are overridden by local preferences.
