I received a total of 13 WU's all ...225 or above and so far 8 have errored out - so I'm anticipating a full house of failures in the next few hours!!! To coin a phrase 'What a shambles'!!!!

Just received some _4 resends which promptly errored. It's about time to put these out of their misery.

Odd, Peter-PC OS is actually MS 10 Pro. Why would Event Log show 8.1?

It does for my laptop also I notice (8.1 upgraded to 10). Perhaps it doesn't register upgrades since the machine was first enrolled?

Odd, Peter-PC OS is actually MS 10 Pro. Why would Event Log show 8.1? RetiredTech, according to your logs you're running BOINC 7.2.47. Windows 10 detection was added in 7.4.26 (refined in 7.4.42, current recommended version 7.6.22) and older versions will identify the OS as Windows 8 or 8.1.

I got 24 WUs. Two ended normally and are PV. Three errored out. One after 8 hours CPU time due to "Abort requested". From the time stamps I would say it got stuck. The other two crashed immediately due to "process exited with code 231". This is on openSUSE 42.1 with client 7.2.42. The rest is in progress, most of them still waiting to start.
----------------------------------------Edit -- I forced the remaining WUs to start. They all crashed after a few seconds. So the statistics now are: 2 WUs in PV, 3 WUs are running normally, 19 crashed (18 after only a few seconds). All WUs that accumulated significant CPU time are from the E236224 batch. This is a pretty dismal score... [Edit 1 times, last edit by pvh513 at Feb 21, 2016 3:43:14 AM] |
