I' from china. from February 2015, i can not download any task for compute, is any body know what's the wrong?

did u check your proxy settings or IP has banned WCG?

did u check your proxy settings or IP has banned WCG? also, uninstall BOINC... reboot install WCG version of BOINC (download latest version here: http://www.worldcommunitygrid.org/reg/ms/viewDownloadAgain.do ) login & crunch This way is totally working!
