Strange, the staff should be aware of this.
It's not the first time that I read comments by users who inform about missing/outdated stats (and the staff seems not to be aware of this).

Could it be just extreme [American] politeness [twice the stats were mentioned in this thread]... kick one in the shin and be thanked ;P

As for "... the March 25 0000 UTC project stats look doubled.", in what way (?), as when looking at global history and my imports of early this morning, nothing has moved at all, everything tallying:

I did know about the stats not getting the midday run. Thanking the members for pointing it out is my polite way of saying 'I know and thanks for paying attention'. However there have been times in the past and there will probably be times in the future when I may not know. We have members on our site 24/7, and I can not personally monitor everything 24/7 thus members alerting us to oddities helps us.

I appriciate the feedback from the members and their constant involvement with World Community Grid.

No, users don't "have" to inform the staff about this issue. The users are being nice and notifying the admins/techs that there is an issue because they want to... not because they "have" to.

the staff should be aware of this.

It turns out that the staff is aware of this issue.

Mark,

The team updates are done at the midnight stats run. So what I ran just an hour ago was only the midday stats. The team stats should update on the end of day stats that start running in about 30 minutes.
