Hey there. Good to hear from you! If by power connector you mean power adapter (the part between the outlet and the laptop), then I've been there. Over the years, I've replaced more than one. Usually though, it's not the adapter itself but the cord. It seems that the wire inside the cord likes to break just before where it plugs in to the laptop.


The problem didn't come from the power adapter outside the laptop which I already have changed 2 times.
The power connector is the connector Inside the computer where we Plug the power adaptor.

I've bought a new power connector and I need to go to see a friend to get help for the replacement next Week. I'm not sure I could repair my laptop, I will keep you informed..

I have had that same problem. I send them off to the manufacturer to fix. (Read I am scared to attempt soldering it myself).

I have had that same problem. I send them off to the manufacturer to fix. (Read I am scared to attempt soldering it myself).


I've call the manufacturer but they said me that the warranty is exceeded (2 years of warranty, I've bought it 2 years and 4 day ago...).
I've a friend who works every days with this type of cards and has the Tools needed.. I hope he can doing something!
