Re: Apple iOS & BOINC!

They deleted both posts...don't know why? :/

here is the Original post:

Hi,
so I'm happy & satisfied user of Apple products. They are great, but...
When I want to talk about my other passion: computing for computer illnesses, Apple is rigid there about apps and app licenses. So I'm here to talk about that! Apple needs to be the BEST from the REST, a feedback to implement something new in their iOS. And to be that, an app similar to BOINC has to be made inside Apple (or Apple with BOINC). There is an issue about technical & legal stuff about BOINC on iPhone, iPad or iPod.
Why?
1. Publicity
People like when a big company makes something from which all human kind will benefit. example of HTC: http://www.htc.com/us/about/newsroom/2014/201...r-with-htc-power-to-give/ example of Samsung: http://www.theverge.com/2014/2/13/5409716/sam...ncer-other-diseases-using
Will Apple do something about it and make their own app using BOINC software? Or will Apple make their own project and computing data network? :/
Also notice that all these program work when battery is 95% charged, when phone is on power supply & when inactive (so during our sleep). And downloading data for computing can be done only over WiFi or also over 3G/LTE.

2. Help people.
I lost someone dear to me, my grandma back in 1992. From that moment I've said to myself I would anything I can not to happen to anybody else again.
From 1998 I've been crunching data on United Device's grid.org for cancer research. In 2005 I switched to World Community Grid (WCG) which is powered by IBM, and been in top20 crunchers (computing data users, user KLiK) in my country, results.
Also have participated with PS3 in "Life with PS3" project. Apple also lost their creator & mentor, Steve Jobs. In his memory Apple should develop an app that can crunch data with BOINC open user license or their own, only with special version made only for Apple iOS. And to use that app like on Android devices - there must be more power in all iPhones than on Androids.
Apple also use that same source of app (BOINC) on MacOS, so what is the problem with computing data on iPhones, iPods & iPad? Many people using Mac's use BOINC on WCG.
Imagine what millions of iPhones, iPods & iPad could do with that computing power? How can that change the world for a better place? We all can make a world a better place, if we work together. Image a World without illness, without AIDS, cancer, dengue fevers, ...
We, as a humanity, can't afford to loose another Steve (when he comes), 'cause of the some illness!
Will Apple do that? What do u think?

Choice is yours..

Re: Apple iOS & BOINC!

I don't think that "Apple" and "Humanitarian" get along well.
