I joined WCG 2 today, I downloaded the Windows 8 software on this computer, and downloaded the software on the top of the site opposite log in, but my contributions are still 0. I entered my profile and project information. Is there something else I need to do?

----------------------------------------Welcome to the forums. You need to download and complete a workunit. Then you have to wait for it to validate. You're currently (as of 12:00 UTC) showing no work returned.
----------------------------------------First you'll need to complete, upload and report a WU and wait for the WU to validate (requires wingman to complete, upload and report) and then wait for the twice daily (00:01 & 12:01 UTC) update. before you'll see any change in you statistics. In the interim you can check Result Status |
