Yes...but when I click on it; it doesn't open but appears in the task bar; and when I click on it another Manager starts and the Manager still will not open. I still do not understand WHY this is happening!
However, this morning it appears that this problem (whatever it was is now GONE! I am now able to open the manager. Something has REALLY changed. The manager now says I have not only the 8 tasks running, but 1 ready to report, 3 waiting to run, and 7 ready to start. The reporting deadlines are just a few days away. My system will never be able to process them by the reporting deadlines. NEVER, have I had that many tasks at anytime in all the years I have been participating. |

I have re-booted 4 or 5 times and run my virus and malware checkers.
