Attempting to Change My Signature returns the error message:
----------------------------------------Error 500: java.lang.Error: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org.apache.jsp._changesignaturesuccess (wrong name: com/ibm/_jsp/_changesignaturesuccess) Preview works correctly and shows the change but Change My Signature fails to execute. [edit] Curiously, despite the error message, the change in signature has taken effect. Going back into Change my Signature still produces the error. I have tried to change my signature, and even used the exact one that you have in the database. I am unable to reproduce the error 500. Can you test the change signature again to see if you encounter the same problem? Thanks, -Uplinger |

Keith,
----------------------------------------The problem seemed to have been rectified some days ago, I assumed as a result of tech action. I have tried changing My Signature recently several times with no problem so no need for further investigation. I have marked the thread resolved. Thanks for your efforts. |
