This morning I was surprised to see my computers participating in a project that I did not opt in.
I checked my profiles and found they had reverted to max performance. I tried to set them back to custom and saved but it will not stick. |

My Contribution - My Projects is the ONLY way to set projects. If you change your Selected Profile, it seems to work but it does not. The projects are shown in your profile as helpful information. Unfortunately, they use a subroutine that appears to let you change your projects but it is not hooked up to the database. So when you restart, you find that nothing has changed.

I do have CEP2 deselected in My Contribution, My Projects but was still getting these WU's but have not seen any more today other than the ones this morning.
My problem is more that I can not set the custom profile as an option. It will always revert back to one of the select-able profiles. So I'm not able to tweek advanced options. |

I am looking into it. I tested changing a profile and it showed up in the database properly. I'm going to do some agent testing today.

I have the same problem, today, to save my custom profile ! ?

Please read the start here FAQs. The custom changes to the device profile IS saved, except the radio button goes back to what the preset base options indicate. Make a change to any of the preset base options and the custom button sticks. This is by design as far as I can trace.

From what I can tell, the issue is just a visual issue on the website. The data you are setting is being written properly to the database. We are looking into redesigning the device profile pages to decrease the confusion caused by this page as well as fix up the visual issue.
