Hello. I'm starting to participate for the first time and started running the program on an old computer that was sitting around.
If I setup another computer, does the software/program have to run independently of each other? Is there a way to setup up these two computers to crunch the same thing to complete each item quicker? Thanks in advance. |

NO, each computer will have exclusive access to the WU, thereby locking out the other. As far as I know there is no way to share the WU's between computers

Okay. Thanks.
One other question. How can I change the device names or figure out which computer is assigned that device name? Right now their are listed as something like 5DS323s3u etc... |

If you are using windows, go to control panel and click on system. Your computer's name will be displayed there.
