More than one computer

Hello. I'm starting to participate for the first time and started running the program on an old computer that was sitting around.

If I setup another computer, does the software/program have to run independently of each other? Is there a way to setup up these two computers to crunch the same thing to complete each item quicker?

NO, each computer will have exclusive access to the WU, thereby locking out the other. As far as I know there is no way to share the WU's between computers

Okay. Thanks.

One other question. How can I change the device names or figure out which computer is assigned that device name? Right now their are listed as something like 5DS323s3u etc...

If you are using windows, go to control panel and click on system. Your computer's name will be displayed there.
