Hi,
My BOINC has been put into snooze mode. Can someone tell me how to get it off snooze mode and carry on doing its thing. I have tried everything to no avail. thanks |

Do you mean "Suspend"? Where do you see this snooze mentioned?

Hello brumtilly,
https://boinc.berkeley.edu/dev/forum_thread.php?id=7444 Snooze (found by right-clicking on the BOINC Manager icon) is supposed to last for an hour. If for some reason it has frozen up, I suggest rebooting. Lawrence |

There's a tray-icon FAQ in Start Here, explaining the various states and how to get out. Normally if in Snooze state, right click the BOINC Manager icon again. If still in snooze, there's a tick-mark. Click again. Sometimes the BOINC Manager Activity memu has to be visited and the Run Always option toggled to get BOINC to resume.
----------------------------------------Check in taskmanager that a little app called boinctray.exe is running. If not, Lawrence's boot cycle would restart that... the only way, or manual from file explorer. It's needed for user activity detection under Windows.
