Re: Good morning team

Good Morning All - Although it has only gone 8 pm here a short time ago, with the different time zones I know it is your morning and you have just lost an hour to the dreaded BST which is a plague that I wish the UK would stamp out.
I've been watching 4 HST WUs on their way today and I have seen some very strange behaviour. Initially the WUs estimate 4 hours CPU time and indeed as the WUs progress the time reduces relatively slowly (although Properties says 5.76% / h. Suddenly, when the WUs get to around 24% complete - the remaining time to completion jumps to ~13h, more in line with the reported 5.76% / h.

Re: Good morning team

Morning all. A day for congratulations...
Well done Darkmatter for getting into the top 20 for points (and by the look of it you'll be number 19 soon). I noticed a couple of days ago that you'd made it.
Mamajuanauk has the honour of getting the first HSTB badge. Hopefully there'll be lots of other team members picking up badges soon.
And most importantly I've got my Diamond 5 for CEP2, so now I'm switching entirely to MCM in an attempt to get my Diamond 20 before the project finishes in the autumn. In theory it's possible but it'll be a close run thing.
And yes Rod, I think BST is pointless too, as a "morning person".

Edit: and not forgetting Arthur256's silver badge for MCM (the first as a team member I think?) and scol5913 getting into the top 30 for runtime.

Re: Good morning team

Good Morning All. It's actually morning here too (for a change). I still have 25 HST on the boil, the first of which will not complete for another 3 or so hours making run time about 18 hours / WU. At that rate I should see my first badge in a couple of days or so if the WUs are available. I'm going to take a temporary hit on my averages in the meantime until the stats settle out again as HST WUs are validated.

Re: Good morning team

Are people repeatedly aborting anything that isn't HSTB? I've just let mine naturally grab what it needs, and I'm still only seeing about 20% HSTB units in with everything else.

Re: Good morning team

I think it's a low priority feed, or there just aren't many units being fed in. I'm not seeing many, and I've now given up specifically trying. I'm aiming for just enough to get a bronze so there isn't a gap in the projects list smile

Re: Good morning team

Hi all, not really momentous news but I've just had my first HST WU validated. A new line for my results page tonight methinks.

Mowed the grass today - took me 3 hours and there are still patches that need the strimmer. Still the gardener is back on Monday so over to him!

Re: Good morning team

Not going to run HST for a while, but let's hope it has a decent points return for a change.

OK - first HSTB result in my stats and it is reporting 206 points / h run time. This is way above any other project but I must emphasise this is only for one result - more later.....
