Re: Good morning team.

Good morning all. I finally got my irrigation fixed last night so now all is well. It's slightly worrying that it only takes 3 days without water for the grass to start turning brown and shrubs to start withering. Still when the temperature at 2pm touches 35 or more I suppose I shouldn't be surprised. Living in the tropics certainly has it's positive side but negatives are also present.

Nothing to report on the crunching front but some serious milestones are within reach probably early 2016.

Would imagine that 3 days of 35 degree heat could well cause a bit of browning, tis a bit toasty. Around 15 here and breezy today.

Managed to get the door closer sorted (with the help of an extra pair of hands) and still have all fingers and thumbs intact. Phew!

Re: All project Team UK stats

Ha - I spoke to soon. I set the sector 1 irrigation to run this afternoon and then went to collect my partner from the cinema (with niece & nephew). Just as we pulled up at home the heavens opened and we had 10mm of rain in less than 10 minutes. Pleased to say that the irrigation is still running though! Temperature has dropped like a stone to 24 and the humidity is close to 100%

Crikey that's some downpour!

Just had some the music on random play and this arrived on the play list, haven't heard it in ages but quite possibly my favourite instrumental Gary Moore - Dunlace (Part 2)
Could listen to this for a lot longer than the 4mins or so it lasts for. Just brilliant and so full of atmosphere.

Correction - 26.6 mm in the last 40 minutes. My clothes are just about drying out from a 20 m dash from the car to the front door!

Re: Good morning team.

Morning team! smile

Looks like my new "test platform" VM has had its first work-units validated, so a little more power to help out for a bit - it's only a 4-core VM, but it all helps! biggrin
