Good Morning Team. A nice team badge tally - I'm still creeping towards an Emerald for FAH2 and a 10y Diamond for OET. I may switch projects once those two milestones are met but at least everything goes towards a global 5y Diamond. By my reckoning that is still 833 average crunch days away!

Good evening everyone.
Back on line again. Had to shut down because of sudden family bereavement (sadly tempus fugit + cancer showed their ugly heads). ![]() |

As RTS says that's a good collection of milestone badges and not a Blue Peter one in sight!

Good Morning Team. I think we have become 'Casa de gatos' or 'The house of cats' (no smutty comments please!). From a stock of 1 cat last February we seem to have adopted 10 (yes TEN) more. It started with two wild kittens that their thinking mother dumped in one of our rubbish buckets and was swiftly followed by mum herself and various hangers on. A desperate neighbour with a large litter then persuaded us to home two kittens. This was followed by the discovery of a further 3 kittens living under a collapsed wall just outside the condominium. My soft hearted partner started to leave food for them and - guess what - they followed her home and are now regulars too. We have managed to get one of our wild ones to the vet for the essential female operation (and our domestic cats have been 'done' too) but I really haven't a clue of how to sort out the other cats yet (short of drugging their breakfast). 20kg of cat food a week ain't cheap either.

Winter's coming on; you could always make a nice fur coat
---------------------------------------- Sorry, not a big fan of cats, and definitely not when they're in double figures. It sounds to me as if the cats own the house now, and you and your partner are there under sufferance. Whatever you do, don't stop feeding them, otherwise they'll kick you out!
