Good afternoon team,

With no video encoding I am having a better than average week in terms of stats, but no match for GrumpyCat! Planning on building a HTPC using the Z97 platform and core i5 or i7 when it becomes available to try and close the gap!

Not much joy in terms of overtaking Soong but on the other hand GrumpyCat still has a mountain to climb! wink

I have been running FA@H as my only project for some time as it had shorter workunits which time out less on my run when idle only machines.

I have re-added MCM as a project as curing cancer is my preferred project. How much longer are the MCM workunits these days?

I've been finding the FA@H units vary hugely in RT, from 3 to 12hrs with the Vina ones having the longer RT.

Looking at my MCM results they vary from 3.6hrs to 10hrs but do seem to checkpoint on a regular basis (unlike the Vina jobs, 4hrs at times on mine sad )

This last couple of days I've had a couple of 12+ hour MCM tasks, and I've just completed a couple in 50 mins.

Thanks for the advice gentlemen. I will see how things go with both FA@H and MCM as I really want to make a contribution to MCM but not at the expense of wasted CPU time.
