The limit was upped to 18 hours a few weeks ago.

I vaquely recall something about that but what I was actually referring to was that for some reason recent CEP2 have been averaging CPU time of ~3.5hrs as SekeRob noted Dec 19:
The present series' average, drums rolling, was the below, and instead of 12 jobs, they're doing all 16, no skippin'. 3.54 hours all it is now.
