Good taste in beer! It's from the wonderful brewery in Masham, I've been on the tour around it - the story of how it came about is pretty cool! smile

Do they still have that very old stone fermenting vessell?

They're still there, yes, but have been replaced with newer stainless steel vats for the fermenting...
