I know what you mean about green, DMNI. I get the same feeling from the Lake District. It's almost nicer in the rain.

That's great news TomNuttall, If you would like to meet up in Belfast for a drink or maybe catch a hockey game, send me a PM. Do these forums have PM's?
----------------------------------------I live in Whitehead, and can see Scotland on clear days, its only a few miles across the sea but looks a lot closer. The wife and I are planning a driving holiday in Scotland, Its one place I have not really been. Was in Edinburgh for a wedding one weekend but really want to see the highlands and coastal areas. ![]() [Edit 2 times, last edit by Darkmatter.NI at Aug 23, 2016 10:19:25 AM] |

Good Morning All.
----------------------------------------You know the more that I read the posts in this forum, the more I think that we all have far more in common than WCG and Team UK. I get a strong sense of care for the environment, delight in all things natural and (dare I say it) a social conscience. It is a great shame that we cannot arrange a team meet up once a year (at The Nags Head Dave perhaps or even in Ireland (apparently my partner does not need a visa to travel there, unlike the UK which seems to have the paranoid attitude that she might want to stay there - some hope!)? DMNI with your love of things green you must be really pleased that your Sig border is a lovely emerald colour. How many years crunch time is needed before it changes to silver?

From memory, I think my signatures go blue at 50 million team points and "diamond" at 100 million team points. If you look at the allsigs page, you'll see some delightful amethyst ones too (I think that's 5-10 million team points).

I think my border will do blue in just over 3 weeks.
----------------------------------------Best enjoy the Emerald while it lasts. Purple is my favourite colour, and The Burren National Park is awash with it in the spring. ![]() |

Can I have something in the sig to differentiate my 500M team points from the 100M points please? Doesn't seem right that 100 & 500 Million should be the same colour... Ta!
Mamajuanauk is the Name! Crunching is the Game!

Show off
----------------------------------------![]() Would you like any particularly colour? Bronze perhaps ![]() I've given you a nice ice blue one for 500 million, but you can have any colour you like, since you're the only one likely to have it. Just send me a sample or the RGB/Hex values. FYI, here's my code that defines the ranges (can't be bothered to transcribe):

LOL, Colour wars - why can't we all have different colours? I was very happy with my 'Diamond' colour until Mamajuanauk put his spoke in the wheel or his spanner in the works (Ooooh I love mixed metaphors). I think that Mamajuanauk should wait until he hits 1 x 10^9 points and then he can have fireworks and sparklers and ..... It's not that I'm jealous or anything (bl**dy liar!).
----------------------------------------Could I suggest 'Heliotrope' the colour which celebrated the 'Moggie Million' (The Morris 1000 car of which over a million were made). It's suitably revolting and certainly unique!
