I have a Samsung S3 and downloaded the Boinc-Software (not running as a Host).
----------------------------------------Trying to log in to WCG with an existing Account i get a "Verify Account -204 failed" - Error. Checked the Login and PW several times - they seem to be right. Were you encountering this error on the BOINC client? Or from within a web browser on the device? Also, what is the connection for your device, (ex: Edge, 3G, 4G) Thanks, -Uplinger |

uplinger i have same error and same phone it looks Samsung galaxy 3s
----------------------------------------I'm getting that error trying to add project in boinc client my connection is 3G finally managed to connect i think it was giving me that error because on my first try to connect i typed wrong password and somewhere in settings remembered that first try and after that gave me error even with correct password after i cleared all data for boinc in settings of my phone and tried to connect again it connected right away without any problems hope this helps [Edit 1 times, last edit by NEBOJSA at Jul 23, 2013 8:30:14 PM] |

Please just ignore my thread - it depends on the speed of connection... Hmmmm, it looks like some kind of connection timeout error. The speed or quality of the connection is not good enough so the server cant validate the login request and this error show up. What boinc said about -204 error? ![]() |
